Glow Forward ABA Therapy is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Track and document client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain with company support)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
• Experience with children or ABA therapy a plus (not required)
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation for local travel
