About the Opportunity

SVI Corporate, LLC, a Palm Beach Tan Franchisee, is looking for enthusiastic team players to become Beauty Advisors. This role offers a vibrant professional environment with flexible schedules, competitive compensation, and a growing career path.

Base pay $10–$15+ per hour plus up to 12% commission. Average employee earns $10-$15+ per hour, with top performers earning even more.

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning
• Ensure compliance with all company and legal requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Handle cash and manage opening/closing procedures
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age 18
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hrs/day)
• Capacity to lift 25 lbs without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
