Training is about 2 months which is 100% in office, than hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Description:
Works as part of a team responsible to maintain the general ledger and records of mutual funds of varying complexity and producing end-of-day net asset value calculation. Prepares daily general ledger accounting, prime broker/bank cash reconciliations, advisor/portfolio management processing, corporate action application, expense accrual/payment postings, daily net asset value and mill rate determinations, portfolio pricing analysis/validations, timely internal/external information distributions, portfolio reconciliations, etc.

Partners with various internal/external administrators, transfer agencies and prime brokers/custodian relationships collaborating on compliance, audit and financials, while ensuring all Fund Accounting functions are in compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP principles.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience

Performs daily accounting activities in accordance with generally accepted accounting procedures, such as, maintenance of the general ledger and preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports. Familiar with a variety of general accounting concepts practices and procedures.
