Role
Manage workplace experience strategy for North America Commercial sites at Pfizer's Collegeville location, focusing on creating an engaging and efficient colleague environment.
Responsibilities- develop and implement a unified service model covering soft services (reception, cafeteria, housekeeping), hospitality, and workspace activation;
- partner with Global Workplace Experience (GWE), Integrated Facility Management (IFM) providers, and site leadership;
- oversee service delivery, space utilization, workplace design, and transformation initiatives;
- lead cross-site projects and manage vendor relationships.
- bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience or equivalent;
- 5-10 years in workplace experience, facilities, hospitality, or related fields, ideally within multi-site environments;
- strong understanding of colleague-facing services, stakeholder influence, and program management;
- proficient in workplace technology, data analysis, and vendor management.
- multi-site workplace strategy, soft services, workplace design, change management, vendor partnerships, site transformation, and smart building technology.
hybrid in Pennsylvania; travel across North America as required.
