Middle Market Relationship Manager- VP

Call on existing and prospective middle market clients (C&I commercial loans at $5 million and above/ business revenue in excess of $25 million) to promote and develop new and additional business for the Bank to include, but not limited to, business loans and deposit relationships; conduct sales calls on businesses, companies, and organizations that fit the middle market criteria to promote Bank relationships;

propose and recommend new products and services based on identifiable needs of existing and prospective clients contacted; ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures as well as applicable state and federal banking regulations.

Call on existing and prospective clients to promote new and additional business for the Bank; develop loan and deposit relationships with businesses, companies, and organizations that fit the middle market criteria; collect data from clients needed to process loan requests; analyze financial data and prepare presentations for the Board of Directors and Loan Committee meetings; assist business partners with their calling efforts and in structuring of loans referred;

propose and recommend new products and services based on identifiable needs of existing and prospective clients contacted.

Coordinate specific work tasks with personnel from applicable departments to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information; report pertinent information to immediate supervisor; compile information as necessary or directed and provide data to appropriate Bank personnel; respond to inquiries relating to the particular area and requests from clients, other Bank personnel, etc., within given time frames and established policy.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Minimum seven (7) years of experience in commercial and installment lending and business development with a focused concentration on production, deposits, annual and portfolio revenue goals.  Proven experience in identifying and servicing large C&I commercial loans where loan originations exceed $5 million and business revenues of $25 million and larger.
Excellent sales and project management skills; proficient reading, verbal and written communication, presentation, decision making, analytical, interpretation, computer, client service and interpersonal relations skills; solid working knowledge of lending and financial accounting; thorough knowledge of Bank’s products and services; reliable follow through in completing assignments; work independently; competently handle diversified workload with multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously; professionally interact with clients, staff members and others.
