Associate Director, Global Media & Partnerships Procurement

Lead regional category management and sourcing for Global Media & Partnerships within Marketing Procurement, focusing on developing and executing global sourcing strategies, stakeholder engagement, and supplier relationship management.

• Collaborate with regional and local teams to implement sourcing strategies via SSC framework;
• Manage key priorities including value creation, service delivery, innovation, and sustainability;
• Build and maintain relationships with procurement colleagues, business partners, and suppliers;
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and contract management;
• Support supplier performance and develop cooperation frameworks.

• Bachelor's in supply chain or business;
• 7+ years in strategic procurement, media, or marketing sourcing;
• Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills;
• Proven experience with global or regional media sourcing strategies.

• Experience negotiating with media/marketing agencies;
• Advanced MS Office skills.
