Purpose of Position:

As the Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions at West Shore Home, you will take ownership of the merger and acquisition function within West Shore Home to help the company accelerate its growth trajectory. You will need to take an aggressive approach to identifying, communicating, negotiating, and closing deals within the targets set by West Shore Home.

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Conduct research to identify acquisition targets and update Target Tracker.
• Continue to identify and develop relationships within the market, including targets, sell-side brokers, market indices researchers, and other potential referral sources. If necessary, coordinates with buy side brokers engaged by the company.
• Meet or exceed the organizations targeted goals of NDAs signed, term sheets issues, LOIs signed, and deals closed.
• Review and advise the company on all due diligence matters and outcomes (i.e. risks, opportunities, etc.).
• Coordinate across departments to share data and information to facilitate smooth integration.
• Work with company legal counsel to negotiate the asset purchase agreement to achieve a successful closing within the confines of tolerable risks.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in applicable field preferred.
• Experience working with financial statements.
• Experience on a Mergers & Acquisitions deal team.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing preferred.
