** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

** Alarm Panel Experience (B202)
** Candidates must demonstrate experience with alarm panel systems. This includes knowledge of alarm activation, deactivation, and troubleshooting procedures.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
** Candidates should be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes familiarity with software applications, email communication, and data entry.

** Customer Service Experience (B219)
** Candidates must possess strong customer service skills. This includes experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive customer experience.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other individuals by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, and the business perimeter, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.

+ Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel as needed.

+ Assist with access control by monitoring entry points, verifying authorized access as directed, and providing courteous directions to visitors and staff.

+ Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

* + Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
