* 1.  
** Security Experience (C112)*
* 2. Minimum of 6 months of relevant security experience is required. This includes experience in monitoring, patrolling, and ensuring the safety and security of personnel and property.

3.  
** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)*
* 4. Candidates must have experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

5.  
** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)*
* 6. Proficiency in using computers or tablets is essential. Candidates should be comfortable navigating software applications, entering data, and utilizing technology to perform job functions effectively.

** Customer Service Experience (B219)*
* 8. A background in customer service is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to handle inquiries and complaints, and a commitment to providing excellent service to clients and colleagues.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, offices, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with maintaining authorized entry procedures, and report access-control concerns to site leadership.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.

+ Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required logs for patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

* + Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
