As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and use technology to document observations.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, including entrances, parking areas, ATM areas, and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with access control and directing visitors as needed.

+ Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
