, where your ideas will have a direct impact on product quality, production efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Here is what you will do:
  • Project Management
    • Lead or contribute to engineering projects from concept through implementation.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with RMS quality standards.
  • Product Development Support
    • Support in the design and component selection for new and existing equipment.
    • Provide feedback on manufacturability, material selection, and production methods.
    • Work closely with design and production teams to transition new products from concept to full‑scale manufacturing.
  • Data Collection & Analysis
    • Collect and analyze warranty and component failure data to identify trends and opportunities for improvements.
    • Support rapid prototyping efforts and collect testing data to help determine design or component changes.
  • Problem Solving & Troubleshooting
    • Serve as a key resource for troubleshooting component and production issues and developing effective, long‑term solutions.
    • Support root cause analysis and corrective action efforts in partnership with Operations teams.
  • Process Improvement & Optimization
    • Analyze and improve existing engineering and manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
    • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies throughout Operations.
