Are you a master of all things wood and nails? Do you dream in blueprints and measurements? Premiere Builders, Inc. is looking for a talented Foreman / Skilled Trimmer to join our team. This position is a hands on position. We are a award winning construction company known for our high-quality work. As a Foreman / Skilled Trimmer with us, you will oversee construction, lead employees, and ensure that our projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Coordinate with employees, project managers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, siding, decks, installing doors, windows, and finishing work
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction
- Experience as a excellent trimmer in the construction industry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
