POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for strategic initiatives and providing guidance through the application of Business Process Engineering (BPE), efficiency reporting and analysis, and analytical techniques for value assessment and sizing for development prioritization as the business owner of new applications and process developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Transportation or related field or equivalent work experience plus five (5) years' professional experience in applied engineering concepts, technology, and operations
- Time management and organizational skills necessary to manage projects, prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals and respond to day-to-day functional needs
- Experienced with Microsoft Office software and web-based applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization
- Ability to anticipate and identify problems and develop effective and efficient solutions
