We’re seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehab team full time!

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each resident’s needs
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team including nursing, PTs, OTs, and families
• Document services provided in compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
• Educate staff, residents, and families to support therapy goals and carryover techniques
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed for optimal outcomes

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Arkansas SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs considered
• CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
