Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – The Springs of Mount Vista

The Springs of Mount Vista is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our full-time rehab team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive skilled nursing facility (SNF) environment that values quality care, teamwork, and professional growth.

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Implement individualized care plans to help residents improve independence in daily living activities
• Accurately and timely document services in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ functional goals
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home exercise programs

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of Arkansas (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited COTA program
• Prior SNF or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
