Sr Analyst-EDI

POSITION OVERVIEW

To provide advanced, hands-on support for the design, testing and implementation of transportation related Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). Owns complex partner setups and production support, drives root-cause analysis and process improvement, and serves as a subject matter resource for junior analysts and cross-functional partners.

• Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, computer science, or other directly related quantitative discipline
• Three (3) years related experience in supporting and/or responsible for EDI applications to include direct customer interaction and problem resolution required.

• Strong understanding of industry-standard data exchange formats and protocols (e.g., ANSI X12), with expertise in managing transactional data workflows including remittance/payment transactions
• Experience managing EDI partner integrations, including onboarding, testing, and ongoing support for data exchange processes.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders and to work directly with customers and third parties.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical mapping and configuration changes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity and lead initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of integration tools and middleware
