The purpose of the job is to operate heavy equipment safely, productively and efficiently. This person will operate a Track-hoe on a highway or site preparation project. The operator may be required to work around underground utilities as well. Operate heavy equipment safely, productively and efficiently, focusing on track-hoe operations on highway or site preparation projects. May require working around underground utilities.

• Operate a Track-hoe on highway or site preparation projects in a safe, productive, and efficient manner.
• Work around underground utilities as required.

• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience operating a track-hoe.
• Must have experience working around utility lines.
• Must be willing to work a 12 hour day/shift, including some weekends.
• Must be willing to work 6 days a week.
• Must be willing and able to work outside in extreme weather conditions including temps in excess of 100 degrees.
• Must be willing and able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
• Must live within 50 miles of Harrison, Arkansas
