Summary: Ensures store personnel are providing exceptional customer service. Answers questions and assists with product selection, purchases, and returns. Helps ensure the store is clean, well organized, and properly merchandised. Also responsible for making sure all store policies, procedures, and controls are followed, as well as planning, organizing, and delegating work among staff by performing the following duties.

• Assists store manager in maintaining proper RTO and Pawn inventory levels.
• Reviews daily reports to ensure adherence to store policies and procedures.
• Ensures that physical facilities comply with safety codes.
• Responsible for the overall appearance of the store including the display of RTO and Pawn sales floor.
• Assists store manager in executing local store marketing.
• Provides and inspires employees to provide outstanding service to our customers.
• Assists store manager in protecting all company assets.
• Monitors RTO and Pawn delinquency rates and verifies that accounts are kept within company guidelines.
• Manages store fleet of vehicles.
• Works to reduce profitability losses due to theft, vandalism, or incorrect business procedures.
• Promotes sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers.
• Responsible for completing physical inventories each month as directed by the General Office.
• Evaluates competition by visiting competing stores and gathers information such as style, quality, and price.
• Contributes to the team effort.
• Performs any other job or task as assigned.
