Warehouse Order Picker​/Loader – Evening Shift

Penmac Staffing is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals for a Warehouse Order Picker / Loader position in Harrison, AR. This is a great opportunity for motivated candidates who enjoy fast-paced, physical work and want to be part of a team that keeps products moving efficiently and accurately. This is a full-time evening shift position offering a consistent schedule and the opportunity to gain valuable warehouse experience.

Pay: $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

Full-Time, Evening Shift, 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Location:

Harrison, AR

• Ability to perform physical work, including frequent lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods
• Comfortable working in changing temperatures, including refrigerated and freezer environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently while contributing to overall team success

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse inventory systems
• Load and stage freight for shipment according to established procedures
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy goals
• Verify products and quantities before shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures
• Support team operations and complete additional duties as assigned
