Joining H&R Block as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist means you’ll focus on how to wow clients now and in the future.
Preferred Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients according to their preferred timing
- Ensure all client needs are met during service both in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer‑service environment
- Ability to multi‑task
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office
