Join the Finni Health team as a Part‑Time Behavior Technician (In‑Home ABA) in Harrison, MI.

$17.00/hr – $22.00/hr (based on experience).

Monday–Friday, mornings. In‑home services, Harrison, MI.

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their home under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will:

• Deliver personalized behavior intervention services.
• Support children in learning daily living, communication, and social skills.
• Collect and document behavior data accurately.
• Collaborate with your clinical team and attend regular team meetings.
• Help implement and refine treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience:
  
  1+ year of ABA experience preferred, or experience working with children (especially those with special needs).
• Passion: A strong desire to work with children and make a positive impact.
• Training:
  Completion of a 40‑hour RBT course (preferred but not required – we can help you get there!).
• Certification:
  Must pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire (we provide support).
• Other Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Background check. To protect our clients and their families, this position requires a background check. Successful candidates will receive a conditional offer of employment, with a final confirmation to start pending the satisfactory results of the screening.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, squat, or crawl for extended periods.
• Comfortable working on the floor and actively engaging with children.
