Join the Finni Health team as a Part‑Time Behavior Technician (In‑Home ABA) in Harrison, MI.
Pay$17.00/hr – $22.00/hr (based on experience).
Schedule and LocationMonday–Friday, mornings. In‑home services, Harrison, MI.
Job DescriptionAs a Behavior Technician, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their home under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will:
- Deliver personalized behavior intervention services.
- Support children in learning daily living, communication, and social skills.
- Collect and document behavior data accurately.
- Collaborate with your clinical team and attend regular team meetings.
- Help implement and refine treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. - Experience:
1+ year of ABA experience preferred, or experience working with children (especially those with special needs). - Passion: A strong desire to work with children and make a positive impact.
- Training:
Completion of a 40‑hour RBT course (preferred but not required – we can help you get there!). - Certification:
Must pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire (we provide support). - Other Requirements:
- Reliable transportation.
- Background check. To protect our clients and their families, this position requires a background check. Successful candidates will receive a conditional offer of employment, with a final confirmation to start pending the satisfactory results of the screening.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, squat, or crawl for extended periods.
- Comfortable working on the floor and actively engaging with children.
