Job SummaryWorking as a Food Service Manager, you are responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations for a corporate dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates, manage client relations, and ensure the food offered to customers is of superior quality.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for operation of the corporate cafeteria in accordance with the approved budget while providing value for the dollars spent.
- Ensure that the food offered to the client, customers, and employees of the operation is of superior quality.
- Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, clients, and other departments within the operation.
- Minimum of Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Two to four years of fine dining restaurant management experience required.
- Comprehensive food and wine knowledge; well versed on food and wine pairings.
- Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge.
- Excellent communication and computer skills, including MS Office, required.
- Serv Safe Certified preferred.
