Emprime Solutions is a temp leasing/front desk concierge company known for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high‑quality communities. We’re currently seeking a dynamic and personable Temporary Leasing Consultant to join our team and provide outstanding support.

Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective residents and provide tours of the community
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Process applications and conduct background screenings
• Assist with lease signings and renewals
• Maintain knowledge of community amenities, pricing, and availability
• Ensure the leasing office and tour paths are clean and welcoming
• Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, App Folio, or similar) is a plus

Schedule:

Must be available to work weekends as needed.
