We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Staff Nurse with OB/GYN experience to support Hospital’s Ambulatory OB-GYN department. The Staff Nurse will provide patient-centered care, support clinical procedures, and collaborate closely with providers and multidisciplinary teams.

• Conduct health assessments and document patient histories.
• Perform fetal monitoring and non-stress tests.
• Assist with OB-GYN-specific procedures and direct patient care.
• Administer medications and immunizations.
• Educate and counsel patients on care plans, medications, and follow-up procedures.
• Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards (TJC, DOHSS).
• Respond to emergencies and elevate care as needed.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
• License:
  Active RN License in New Jersey.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS required. CLC or Ambulatory Care Cert preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years in OB/GYN or Maternal-Child health.
• Ambulatory care/outpatient experience preferred.
• Experience with fetal monitoring and lactation support is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care in a fast‑paced clinical setting.
• Commitment to service excellence, patient advocacy, and safety.

Compensation: $45.00 per hour
