• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry nursing
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced acute care hospital setting

• Deliver direct patient care in the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry readings
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Accurately document patient care and progress in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions
