Server Assistant

Overview

You are integral part of the success of our dining experience! As a Server Assistant, you will work closely with the servers to prepare, clean, and run food. The atmosphere is fast paced, fun, and hospitality focused.

Our ideal candidate doesn't need experience! We are looking for a team player with a strong work ethic, who is willing to learn and grow with the company. The starting rate for this position is $12/hr + tips.

• Interact in a friendly and professional manner with guests, leaders, and co-workers
• Complete all opening and closing duties as assigned
• Set and clear tables as needed
• Assist servers in running food
• Attend to guests needs and respond promptly
• Work with servers to provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all service areas

• Possess an upbeat, outgoing, positive attitude at all times
• Ability to work effectively on a team within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time and lift up to 35lbs as needed
