POSITION SUMMARY
Premium Services Representatives are the face of The New York Red Bulls and Sports Illustrated Stadium. They provide game day customer service to all guests including our premium members and partners. As a Premium Services Representative, you should always be able to provide accurate information about the arena, have a natural sense of empathy, and express an inner desire to help others have a more positive experience.
You will assist fans in all ways possible. Together we will champion the goal of providing the best game day experience in the New York Tri-State area!
