** What you’ll do as a Primary Care Physician:*
* • Perform annual healthcare evaluation for adults in all age groups.
• Diagnose and manage acute illness.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage chronic illnesses such as heart disease, cholesterol management, diabetes, thyroid, other endocrine disorders, and arthritis.
• Provide patient education, disease prevention guidance, and health maintenance support
** Qualifications you’ll need:*
* • Graduated from an accredited Medical School
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• An active New York Medical License
