VNS Health in New York seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide 1:1 rehabilitative therapy in patients' homes or care facilities. You will practice independently as part of an interdisciplinary team, assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver personalized rehabilitation services.
Minimum one year PT experience or completion of the rehab intern probation is required. A valid NY PT license and a driver’s license for coverage outside Manhattan are required.
