We have an exciting opportunity for a Vice President of eCommerce to join TAKKT Food services. In this key leadership role, you will oversee our eCommerce strategy, drive digital growth initiatives, and enhance the online customer experience across our portfolio of brands. If you're a strategic leader with a passion for digital commerce and business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
What you will do:
- Lead the overall eCommerce strategy to drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer acquisition.
- Own and optimize the digital customer journey across all online touchpoints.
- Partner with Marketing to align demand generation, branding, and conversion strategies.
- Leverage analytics, customer insights, and market intelligence to improve site performance.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and adoption of modern eCommerce technologies.
- Oversee website performance, merchandising strategy, personalization, and conversion optimization.
- Develop KPI dashboards and reporting to measure business performance and customer engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and investment decisions tied to digital growth initiatives.
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing eCommerce teams.

What we need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, eCommerce, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in eCommerce, digital strategy, or online business growth.
- Proven success leading omnichannel and digital commerce initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and performance improvements.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams and cross-functional partnerships.
