Job Overview
Cincinnati Test Systems Inc. is a leader in the design and manufacture of leak test and assembly verification instrumentation with custom solutions for a wide range of manufacturing operations. CTS serves a diverse cross section of industries, in the areas of Transportation, Energy, Medical, Consumer & Industrial, and many more product areas.
In this role, you will be responsible for pulling parts for assembly jobs and sales orders, while recording those transactions electronically; daily cycle counts; restocking inventory bins and putting away daily inbound inventory deliveries. You will also participate in the yearly physical inventory.
Your Day-to-Day- Put away incoming parts.
- Pull orders for shipping.
- Pull job materials for assembly teams.
- Daily cycle counts.
- Record all activity in the ERP system.
- Move inventory with a forklift as needed.
- Keep the inventory area clean.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
- Able to lift items up to 40 lbs.
- Attention to detail, such as part numbers and quantities.
- Occasional stooping or crouching.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge or experience working with MRP systems (Epicor is a plus) or any other inventory programs.
- Can operate a fork truck and a willingness to become certified.
- High School diploma or equivalency.
- 1-2 years of related experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills; willingness & ability to learn and use current software.
- Able to work accurately from verbal and written instructions.
