This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Dental Technician based in Harrisonburg, VA. The Dental Technician will be responsible for crafting, repairing, and customizing dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, and dentures. Daily tasks include utilizing dental technology, working with models, and ensuring all laboratory work meets strict quality and accuracy standards. Collaboration with dental professionals and adherence to safety protocols are crucial to this role.

• Expertise in Dentistry and Dental Care practices
• Proficiency in Prosthodontics and Dental Technology
• Strong Laboratory Skills, including attention to detail and precision
• Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small tools and materials
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
• Ability to adhere to safety and quality standards in a laboratory setting
• Prior experience in a dental laboratory setting is preferred
• Certification or degree in Dental Technology or related field is a plus
