Neonatal - Perinatal Medicine Physician

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified Neonatologist to join our expanding practice at a Level 2 facility located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. This opportunity promises a collaborative environment where you will be a part of a dedicated team committed to providing high-quality, family-centered healthcare for newborns.

• Provide care in a 6-bed Level II special care nursery with 24-hour shifts.
• Participate in block scheduling with a flexible out-of-house call schedule.
• Work closely with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists for comprehensive coverage.
• Access sub-specialty support as needed.
• Engage in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and clinical research projects.
• Exchange best practices and ideas with a network of thousands of Pediatrix providers across over 400 NICUs.
• This position is open to commuters.

• Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine REQUIRED
• Virginia medical license or willingness to obtain REQUIRED
• Copy of the most recent NPDB Report (within 30 to 60 days active) REQUIRED
• DEA certification (must be obtained prior to start) REQUIRED

• Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
