Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in weekly or biweekly staff meetings, weekly office hours (10/week), and FSL office coverage, training workshops, and other Fraternity & Sorority Life events as needed.
  • Serve as a resource and advocate for the executive officers of the Fraternity and Sorority Life community.
  • Proficient in the JMU web platform, Cascade.
  • Coordinate all FSL social media initiatives and materials for on-campus promotions.
  • Collaborate with ICGC, IFC, and Panhellenic PR chairs and executive committee members to promote, through various modalities, all Greek community events.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: JMU enrolled student.

Conditions of Employment:

  • Students must be degree‑seeking, enrolled at least half‑time (6 credits undergrad, 5 credits grad).
  • E‑Verify Notice:
    After acceptance, new hires must complete an I‑9 form.
