• Create, develop, and implement Montessori enrichment programs aligned with student developmental stages
• Ensure that appropriate Montessori curriculum is available, implemented, and maintained
• Manage your students as they learn, play, eat and sleep
• Keep your classroom organized and clean
• Observe children s interests; collaborate with team members to develop a creative, engaging curriculum
• Communicate with parents daily, sharing children s latest adventures and achievements through various channels

• CDA or ECE certificate, associate/bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field, or equivalent coursework. Active and current enrollment in an accredited program may be considered with experience
• Minimum of 2 years field-related experience
• Flexibility to work hours based on school and program needs
• Successful background check and VA licensing standards required
• Certification in Montessori education (AMI or AMS) strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
