The Assessment & Testing Center (ATC) located in Gabbin Hall is looking for responsible, dependable, hard-working students who are willing to work 6 to 12 hours per week between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday, during the academic year.
Duties and Responsibilities- Proctors a variety of tests and ensures Academic Integrity is upheld
- Opening and closing of the ATC
- Ensuring lab is organized and clean
- Ensuring all students sign in and out of the lab
- Proctor exams and assessments
- Enforce lab policies and faculty-specific rules
- Monitor students
- Diagnose minor printer and workstation issues
- Escalate larger issues to Manager
- Basic computer skills – Microsoft Windows and Office
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to friendly, respectful customer service
- Students must be degree‑seeking students, enrolled on at least a half‑time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).
