General Information

The Assessment & Testing Center (ATC) located in Gabbin Hall is looking for responsible, dependable, hard-working students who are willing to work 6 to 12 hours per week between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday, during the academic year.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Proctors a variety of tests and ensures Academic Integrity is upheld
  • Opening and closing of the ATC
  • Ensuring lab is organized and clean
  • Ensuring all students sign in and out of the lab
  • Proctor exams and assessments
  • Enforce lab policies and faculty-specific rules
  • Monitor students
  • Diagnose minor printer and workstation issues
  • Escalate larger issues to Manager
Qualifications
  • Basic computer skills – Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to friendly, respectful customer service
Additional Posting Information Conditions of Employment
  • Students must be degree‑seeking students, enrolled on at least a half‑time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).
