Acute Care 7 on/7 off Physical Therapist

Location: Harrisonburg, VA

Shift: First (Days)

Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. Provide age‑appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care delivered by identified team members.

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (preferred)
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred)
• Physical Therapy License (Required)
• 1 year experience required for Resource Pool applicants
• Master's or Doctorate Level Degree preferred
• Must obtain Direct Access certification within one year of hire for candidates with a BS or MS degree (for Hampton Roads Outpatient facilities only)

• Experience in assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility and relieve pain.
• Ability to provide age‑appropriate education to clients and caregivers.
• Experience supervising and assuming responsibility for care provided by team members.
