Sentara RMH Medical Center is now hiring a Monitor Technician
. This position Observes, recognizes, interprets, evaluates, and documents EKG tracings on telemetry‑monitored patients in order to detect deviations from patient's norm.
Schedule:
Three 12‑hour shifts per week, rotating weekends, and rotating holidays
High School Grad or Equivalent
Certification/LicensureNo specific certification or licensure requirements
ExperienceAny previous health care experience can be considered. Basic understanding of cardiac monitoring or EKG is strongly desired.
