Mental Health Counselor; LPC or LCSW

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor, who will provide competent therapeutic services, functioning within the law and according to the highest ethical standards at all times. Applicant must be willing to work up to full time (25-40 direct hours/week); it is paramount that applicants work in alignment with Journey’s Biblical mission, statement of Faith, and core values.

Applicants must be able to arrange and manage appointment scheduling with clients, document all clinical activity, and provide individual, family, couples, or group therapy as indicated by the treatment plan for clients in caseload. Applicants are required to actively pursue and maintain all continuing education per licensing requirements of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Applicants should maintain relationship with professional organizations, literature, and clinicians as necessary to sustain clinical, biblical proficiency.

Application must be a team player and actively participate in weekly peer supervision/staff meetings.

Pay: $80.00 – $95.00 per hour
