Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a full-time Mobile Crisis Coordinator to join the Community Regional Crisis Response (CR2) team in Northern Virginia. The MCC delivers mobile crisis interventions, develops treatment plans, and coordinates care with a multidisciplinary team, while documenting interactions and possibly serving on-call shifts.
Requirements include a master’s degree in a license-eligible field and Virginia LPC/LCSW/LMFT eligibility, plus crisis intervention experience.
