• Lead and inspire the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests.
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, banquets, and in-room dining to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences.
• Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for both guests and staff.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by mentoring and developing team members to reach their full potential.
• Coordinate with event planners to execute seamless banquets and special events, exceeding client expectations every time.

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience overseeing food & beverage operations, hotel experience a plus.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and an associate's degree in hospitality management is preferred.
• Must demonstrate a deep understanding of current culinary trends and best practices for portion control and presentation.
• Knowledge of and adherence to local, state, and national health and safety regulations are essential.
• Excellent communication, customer service, leadership, and teamwork skills are required.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles is necessary.
• Strong attention to detail is a key requirement for this role.
• Proficiency in both oral and written communication is essential
• Must be high-energy and results-driven.
• Demonstrated expertise in food and beverage cost controls is necessary
• Full availability for flexible scheduling is required.
• Strong operational knowledge of both front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
