The Operations Manager, Constituent Engagement serves as the central manager of all business functions for the Constituent Engagement division at James Madison University, supporting the Assistant Vice President and four department heads. The role manages logistics, coordinates events, maintains university systems including Salesforce and web platforms, oversees student employees, and handles special projects across multiple departments.
Key qualifications:- Experience coordinating administrative operations, projects, events, or organizational initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including meeting notes, reports, and presentations
- Experience using Microsoft applications and business systems
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and provide excellent customer service
- Experience with Salesforce, CVENT, Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms preferred
