• Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks using Production Equipment to ensure steady workflow.
• Ensure a high quality product is coming off the machine.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure boxes have required dimensions and zero material defects.
• Lead machine crew with setups/change overs.
• Problem solve when issues with the machine arise.
• Complete necessary reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong safety background and good attendance record.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and be good communicator.

• Previous experience operating corrugated printing equipment.
• Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment, with an understanding that temperatures and volumes of work may vary.

• Starting salary for position: $27.36 per hour.
• Bonus:
  Annual – Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
• Paid Vacation: 2 weeks per calendar year after one year
