the Role

As the Harrisonburg, VA facility continues to grow operations, the Maintenance/Scheduler Planner position is essential to building a structured, efficient, and reliable maintenance process.

The position directly supports our mission to establish a best-in-class reliability culture in a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities Maintenance Planning
  • Plan and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance work orders in the CMMS.
  • Develop detailed job plans including labor, materials, tools, and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to plan work with minimal disruption to production.
  • Review and improve preventive maintenance strategies based on feedback and performanceستور data.
  • Ensure all work orders are properly documented with accurate asset and cost data.
Scheduling & Coordination
  • Develop and manage the weekly and daily maintenance schedules in alignment with Lobby production priorities.
  • Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment access to ensure efficient maintenance execution.
  • Facilitate weekly scheduling meetings with operations and maintenance leadership.
  • Ensure all worklero are fully planned and ready for execution before scheduling.
  • Track schedule compliance, backlog, and other maintenance KPIs to support continuous improvement.
  • Support the implementation of best-in-class maintenance planning and scheduling practices as the site scales up.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance scheduling or MRO purchasing within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in CMMS (SAP preferred) and ERP purchasing modules.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, startup-like plant environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

The pay range for this position is $64,479 - $105,272 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skillsفاوت, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation.
