The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating patient care resources to meet the clinical needs of patients while ensuring high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care. This role oversees a multidisciplinary team and serves as a key resource for clinical staff, physicians, and the public. The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in administrative decision‐making, staff development, program implementation, talent retention, and customer service excellence.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Required)

• Basic Life Support (BLS) – Certification – American Heart Association (AHA) RQI within 90 days of hire (Required)
• Registered Nurse (RN) – Multi‑State Nursing License (North Carolina Board of Nursing or Virginia Department of Health Professionals) OR Single‑State Nursing License (North Carolina Board of Nursing or Virginia Department of Health Professionals) (Required)

• 2 years of home health or infusion experience (Required)
• 1 year of supervisory experience (Required)
