Job Type: Full‑time, permanent (40 hours per week)

Standard working hours: 8 am to 5 pm EST, Monday‑Friday

The Assistant Practice Manager assumes responsibility, leadership, and accountability for daily operations. Coordinates work monitoring for quality of service, supports employees with solutions for everyday operational needs, manages multiple projects, and performs work assignments as needed.

• 3 years of clerical experience.
• Previous management experience.
• High School Diploma.

• Clinical experience and leadership experience in an ambulatory care environment.
