Evening Shift
2 PM - 10 PM
Week 1:
Mon Tue Wed Thurs Sat
Week 2:
Sun Mon Tue Thurs Fri
$16.50 - $21.70
Additional PayIncentives:
- $2/hour evening & night shift differential (2pm-10pm & 10pm-6am all days)
- Additional $2/hour weekend shift differential (offered from 6 am Saturday to 6 am Monday)
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct, hands‑on care to residents in a senior living care setting under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This role supports residents with activities of daily living, promotes comfort and dignity, observes and reports changes in condition, and contributes to a safe, compassionate, and person‑centered care environment. The CNA plays a vital role in enhancing residents’ quality of life through respectful care, teamwork, and consistent communication.

- High school graduate or equivalent preferred but not required.
- You must meet one of the following:
1) have a current license as a Certified Nurse Aide in Virginia;
2) have a Virginia Board of Nursing approved Geriatric Nurse Aide training course completion certificate;
3) provide documentation verifying the completion of at least one clinical nursing course including 40+ hours of clinical experience involving direct client care within the past 12 months while enrolled in a nursing education program preparing for registered nurse or practical nurse licensure.
