CNA Full Time Baylor Program Evening Shift Positions: 2 PM

ScheduleEvening Shift: 2 PM – 10 PM, 8 Hours per day. Works 32 hours per week, paid as 40 hours.
DescriptionThe Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct, hands‑on care to residents in a senior living care setting under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Pay Ranges- $16.50 – $21.70 per hour
- $2 per hour evening & night shift differential (2 pm–10 pm & 10 pm–6 am all days)
- $2 per hour weekend shift differential (6 am Saturday to 6 am Monday)
The CNA supports residents with activities of daily living, promotes comfort and dignity, observes and reports changes in condition, and contributes to a safe, compassionate, and person-centered care environment. The CNA plays a vital role in enhancing residents’ quality of life through respectful care, teamwork, and consistent communication.

Requirements- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current license to practice nursing in Virginia.
- Current CPR certification.
- Organized, accurate, computer experienced, willing to learn new software.
- Strong written and oral English communication.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with nursing assistants and nursing administration to meet standards of care.
- Outstanding customer service using a friendly, outgoing, customer‑first approach.
- Cool, calm, cooperative, respectful, professional demeanor with staff, residents, and families.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
