We are seeking a part-time Server to join our Dining team! The Server provides excellent table service in our Highlands dining venues, assists with catering events, and ensures a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible hours in a friendly, team-oriented environment.

• Provide exceptional food service and hospitality with courtesy and professionalism
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Assist with catering events and setup/cleanup as needed
• Follow safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with residents, guests, and team members
• Support dishwashing and kitchen operations when necessary
• Participate in required training, meetings, and safety drills

• Previous experience in restaurant or dining service is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person!
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to process information and make sound decisions
• Willingness to maintain a neat, professional appearance

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 lbs frequently (occasionally up to 50 lbs)
• Work in kitchen and dining environments with varying floor surfaces
• Slip-resistant shoes required
