Job Summary
  • Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working in a loud, high-volume environment.
  • Conduct weekly cleaning and maintenance duties.
  • Arrive at the workplace at the scheduled time.
  • Maintain proper sanitation standards and keep product stored and prepared in safe temperature zones.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and countertops following standard procedures to ensure sanitized surfaces.
Responsibilities
  • Communicate with Managers about operational issues concerning quality of service, cleanliness, and efficient operations.
  • Ensure timeliness of operational deadlines and adherence to the standards of operations set forth in the Kitchen Training Manual.
  • Monitor profitability of restaurant operations and act upon deficiencies.
  • Identify areas of need within the operation and correct problems.
  • Assist in completing and adhering to the staff training program of trainees in the kitchen area.
  • Ensure all marketing responsibilities, deadlines and new programs are completed and in effect.
  • Contribute to the overall positive morale of the operation’s staff.
  • Monitor completion and adherence to the staff training program.
  • Ensure safety and security of the restaurant and its staff by adhering to company safety and security procedures.
  • Ensure proper handling of all food and restaurant supplies.
  • Treat all guests and staff members with dignity and respect.
Qualifications
  • All Employees are required to be available on Sundays on a rotating basis.
  • Be able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level.
  • Be able to lift items up to 30 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet.
